- This book gives a great overview of investing in real estate, stocks, bonds and starting a business. The author also covers Economics, mortgages and accounting for investors. There is a lot of good information and the writing is clear. The book is easy to read and at around 200 pages, is also a quick read. I like what this book has to offer, but it is by no means exhaustive. It will give a beginning investor enough information to know what some of the instruments to building wealth are and what to study to learn more about them. I think it is a good book to have in your library of investment and wealth building books. The 3rd edition was written in 2014
I was offered a free version (1st edition, 2011) of this book, without any strings attached. After reading the book, I decided to purchase the print version to have on my shelf for future reference. - First off, please don’t approach this book as an ordinary everyday read, because it’s not. It is a small textbook that educate you on the do’s and don’ts on how to execute in buying a home, starting the proper business entity, investing and more. Please purchase this book if you are an aspiring entrepreneur, or a student looking for a guide on how to execute the right investment

- Great book. I read it daily. It’s not a book that you just read once and put down. It’s a living and breathing guide of how to make better and smarter choices for yourself and or family!
