• This is an excellent study guide! It is straight to the point, easy to read, and UPDATED with the latest additions to the exam. The practice questions are very similar to the questions on the exam. I passed the exam on the first try. This is the only study guide I used and I did not purchase practice exams or a two day seminar. If you are an LCSW, you will know about two thirds of the exam. I highly recommend this book and will continue to use it as a reference. I'm very proud to be a Certified Case Manager and I encourage more Licensed Clinical Social Workers to enter the field of case management.
• I have been practicing as a Master’s prepared RN for many years, and as of the last year, I have taken on a new role, performing as a CM within an Integrated Case Management model. The study guide was recommended by other colleagues, and has been of significant assistance in preparing my successful transition. Due to the fundamental aspects of CM, outlined in the study guide, I have learned key concepts of performing my expected functions/duties, in an astute manner. I remain with a great deal to learn but feel confident in the knowledge that I have obtained thus far, and embellishment of my CM practice now, and into the future.

• Good test prep and easy to understand summaries! Overall this is the best study guide for the CCM exam. I took it yesterday and passed!
• The font is very very small, the pages are crammed with material, and there are obvious errors throughout the book. I took my CCM in December and passed, but this book was a hard read. I did enjoy the practice tests and practice questions though. For reference, I am an RN.
